Eligibility

Products and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
- We try to keep product details, prices, and stock accurate. Errors happen — if we make one, we may correct or cancel orders affected by it, even after you place the order.
- Product photos are illustrative. Bag designs and labels may change without notice.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before shipment, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or out-of-stock items. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Promotional codes
Discount codes (such as WELCOME15) are limited as stated on the offer. We may modify or end any promotion at any time. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be limited to one use per customer.

All content on the site — text, images, logos, product photography, and the DynariX brand — is owned by DynariX or NorthFin and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DynariX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
